ride information - FAQS

Please reach us at TONY@DRESSFORSUCCESSNWA.ORG if you cannot find an answer to your question.

 We have decided to combine the best parts of Tour de Tacos and Tour de BBQ into one exciting event this year.  We will have food vendors and hydration stops along the routes, then will finish with a big block party at the finish line.

You will be able to enjoy multiple food vendors, drinks, music, and community booths.
 

We are in the process of planning our 2025 routes and will send these out and post them here once they are finalized.


50 Mile Route -

 We will stagger the start times of each distance to help congestion on the trails.  

 

50 mile 7am

30 mile 8:30am

10 mile 9:30am

The first 700 registered riders for each event get a swag bag!  We encourage you to register early.

Tour de NWA -  T-shirt deadline date is 7/1/25. All participants and volunteers who sign up prior to this date are guaranteed a shirt.

Pre-packet pickup is always the Thursday before the ride.



Yes, day of event registration opens one hour prior to each ride start time.  Online registration ends the Tuesday of event week.

This ride is 100% ride at your own risk. Helmets are required and all participants must sign a liability waiver releasing all event organizers, volunteers, etc. harmless for accident or injury.


These events are rides NOT races. We do not time our rides. We encourage ALL riders to ride safely, hydrate, and to take advantage of bike checkups by Bike Shop Joe's before the ride!


Your participation in this ride is at will.

Yes, this is a rain or shine event.  In the event of bad weather we will try our best to work with the elements on delay of start times, but we will roll with Mother Nature.

Yes, anyone who is unable to come to the prepacket pickup on the Thursday before the rides, can come to the pre-registration table area on the morning of the rides and still check in.
